Rangel for captain

  Sprint specialist Josias Rangel signed a contract with the team earlier this season. It's his first year as a professional cyclist. Even though he might be a late bloomer he joined the team with the goal of becoming the teams 2nd captain after Donato Ogarrio. So it is. At the start of this weekend's Sinying GP the Spaniard has gotten the honour to ride as captain. The team highly believes in Josias.
